Taittinger has long been famous for the lightness and elegance of its Champagnes, attributable, in part, to the high percentage of Chardonnay in the blend. The Brut NV displays these characteristics to perfection. Awarded 4 stars by 'Decanter Magazine', December 2007. 'Delicate and fresh due to 40% Chardonnay, with an elegance and depth coming from the 2 Pinots. It receives 3 to 4 years aging prior to release results in subtle hints of biscuits and brioche'.
